Fees There are no setup fees to create a new account. There are no fees to cancel membership. Membership This is a monthly service. You will be automatically charged the current monthly rate each month until you discontinue service. Monthly plans will not be prorated, and are not eligible for partial refund if cancelled part way through your month cycle. Your membership will be terminated at the end of the month cycle you are on after cancelling your account. There are no contract obligations, you may cancel service at any time. Should you decide to resume your membership, you would simply need to make a payment under your account number, and your site would be instantly online again. Lack of Payment We provide automated payment options for your convenience. It is your responsibility to make sure that adequate resource levels are available to pay for subsequent bills, and that all billing information is kept up to date. Billing is automated. Should the software be unable to make a charge to your account for renewal of membership, it will attempt to send an automated email message to your email on file. (It is critical that we have a valid email for this reason.) You may make a manual payment to your account following the instructions in the email, or by visiting our site. If we do not receive payment within 5 days of your account becoming past due, your account will be closed. You may instantly restore your account by simply making a payment. Uptime goldstarcart.com will make every reasonable effort to make the service work properly and be available. goldstarcart.com does not and can not guarantee 100% availability. goldstarcart.com is not responsible for unavailability due to natural disasters, military action, power outages, internet disruptions, and other events beyond our control. Recourse You agree not to hold goldstarcart.com, it's owners and employees liable for any damages real or imagined from the use, misuse, or unavailability of the service. You understand, and agree that in no case shall goldstarcart.com, it's owners and employees ever be liable for any monetary or other recourse beyond refunding the membership fees you paid for the time period in question.
